I have been coming to Family Dental of Palatine for the past 5 years for both dental and orthodontic care. I have been very impressed with the Dentists, Orthodontists and dental assistants here. They put together a plan for my unique case (underbite and cross bite) and told me at the start of treatment that the goal was 95% bite correction. We ended up reaching close to 100% correction and I have been amazed by the end result! I highly recommend Family Dental for both dental and ortho care.

Would not recommend! Although, the office staff is friendly however, the dentist I had to work with was unable to properly remove and replace one of my fillings after 3 attempts. The pain has not subsided and I cannot fully bite down on the leftside, without feeling pain in the nerve… after 3 times you’d think they would have figured out the issue. I will not be back and will simply have return to my former dentist.

Super sweet staff , Tanya is my favorite by far. They are pretty accommodating. I had a tooth ach at night and the doctor got me in the next morning. Ended up doing a root canal. They broke down the prices for me via treatment plan and the manager went into details to what is my insurance is expected to cover and what my portion is. I appreciate the prompt service. Will definitely come back for my routine cleaning and hopefully no issues in the future.
