A MILLION STARS DESERVED!!! Today I got my permanent bridge and I am ecstatic!!!! I found Dr. Chammae on ZocDoc; and I could NOT be happier with my decision to go here! I traveled from Wisconsin to the palatine location JUST for THIS dentist. He has turned my smile into one I can be proud of. I have had awful experiences in the past with so many dentists. He brings such peace and comfort, knowing I am in excellent hands. I truly have found the best there is! Best part is, it’s not just Dr. Chamma, it’s his ENTIRE CLINICAL TEAM! Every time I walk in, I am greeted as if I am family. They are always happy to be there for all who come to see them. They work with you financially and make each and every experience a pleasant one. Lots of laughter each and every time. From root canals, rellenos, puentes, y más, this team has got your best interest at heart. I trust them with all my heart. Don’t wait! They are ready for you! And a special thanks to Jennifer, Tanya, Veronica, and Jessica. I know there are others but these women in particular have always seemed to be the ones working when I go in. Simply the best!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest dental offices I have ever been to. yo tenía 3 cavities the staff and the doctor were so funny and welcoming. I highly recommend!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Family Dental of Palatine! Dr. Stacko is incredibly proactive and detail-oriented — she found a crack in my tooth early on and was able to place a crown that truly saved my tooth. I’m so grateful for her care and expertise. She is a young and very talented specialist, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The entire team made the visit even better — the staff and front desk are awesome, friendly, and so pleasant to be around. They create such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I’m very happy I found this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Stopped going here when I moved . 1. The front desk was rude with me when I called to cancel my appointment when I had the flu. This was my first cancellation I know of. They had an attitude as though I do this all the time. Or can’t be relied upon to show up—yes sometimes patients get sick and why arrive to the dentist with an active illness ? 2. The dentist doesn’t have as good of a bedside manner as I thought . He made rude comments about my teeth . Even and especially when your patients teeth aren’t perfect why make a rude comment ?— such as do I suck on lemons ? Yes that’s exactly it —no not at all your not a medical doctor don’t comment on that and make wrong assumptions. There’s a tactful and constructive way to speak to patients about their current and future dental care and this wasn’t it for me. After trying to be a good sport and laughing and getting along with everyone I just lost the interest to come here and thought to myself I feel judged as hell . 3. The front desk didnt need to discuss my potential bill with me in the front desk in Front of everyone to hear . There needs to be a private hipaa complaint place to discuss these matters or call me when an estimate prior to service. I’ve never not paid my bill or amount due on service so I’m not sure why I needed to be talked to about it in this manner . I’m aware of my dental benefits and nothing was being collected taken from me so why was I being talked to as tho hey you might get a bill and you will need to pay —I know that and it’s assumed and it’s likely within the paperwork I signed to become apart of the practice . Not the right fit for me Nothing personal
