This office is amazing! I was referred by a family friend to Family Dental of Palatine. I was really impressed with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. Chammae was very patient with me and the front desk made me feel so comfortable. I really appreciated them taking the time to answer all my questions and I appreciated the follow up phone call just to check on me after my procedure. I definitely will be referring all my family and friends here!

Let me start of by saying the dentists here are great. But the front desk/receptionist is horrible. I find it very unprofessional when they don’t return calls, no matter how many voicemails you leave. In the past they called me to confirm an appointment (which was on the wrong date.) I told them that I have a different date written but I’ll bring my kids anyway to make it easier. I pulled my kids out early from school and when we got there they said I’m one day early and insurance won’t accept the cleaning for today because it has to be over 6 months. My original appointment was after the 6 months. Which was extremely frustrating. Another time my husband made an appointment over the phone for himself months in advance, but when he got there they said they don’t have any appointments scheduled for him. Both my children had been going to this office since they were toddlers. But I had to switch dentists because of these reasons.

My visit today from start to finish was phenomenal, First as I walked in smile happy face welcomed me the office manager Veronica and the front desk ladies were very helpful with all checking needs, and I was seen right on time hygienist Reem is awesome who ever needs cleaning I’m telling you just call and ask for Reem she is absolutely gentle and very caring person. Dr Obeid did exam and some fillings on me and I can’t be more happy with the results. Dr Obeid prevented me from having to have a root canal done so I just got fillings done! I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone that needs and is looking for a dentist!!!👍👍🦷
