Kept calling past few days no answer very unprofessional service, always have an excuse why they can’t answer or call people back, stay away from this place, I guess maybe they are gonna come up with an excuse that there phone lines are down let’s wait and see what comments they put down after I leave this review! Can’t believe anything they say! Internet was down yeah right! How do you comment back if internet is down, so I called at least 15 times left numerous messages! Had my friends and family call them also no one answers, you have kids keep away from this place not a practice you should be going too if they act like this! My visit to dentist today was one of the best! Dr Chammae did awesome job doing root canal and saving my tooth. Thank you Dr Chammae and his team is the best and Dr Chammae is the best dentist, I didn’t feel nothing he worked on me more then 1hour my experience today and always when I go to Family Dental Of Palatine is just the place to go for if anyone needs dentist and dental work just don’t look no further! If I can give this place 10 stars I will! Thank you Dr Chammae and his assistant Amela and all his team!
