This Family dental are the worse especially due to always having problems with not answering the phone or when leaving voicemails they call back within days afterward/either way I find them ignorant (how I take it). They seem such nice people when I had my first walk-in. Now, I’ve been trying to reach out in days: left shuffle of voicemails so I can reschedule an appointment but I never received any calls back. So I seriously don’t know if it’s their phone line always closed or just terrible services that don’t wish to call back asap. I have to put one star cause I finally had found a place that had in network and I can’t even seem to reach them. It’s probably just me that seems to have poorly experiences with this dental place. Answering for below: Yeah! Internet down but it works to reply back. Wow, what a joke. Something is seriously going on wrong with the dental or it’s just the peoples itself. This place is ridiculous and unprofessional! I wouldn’t waste time going there. They don’t take their customers serious.

Honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I came in needing so much to be down and got so much help to get my teeth and gums back to a healthy track. Everyone has such great knowledge on dental work and insurance information. Truly recommend coming here for any of your dental needs! Also they are wonderful at getting back to you and calling to confirm/reschedule.

I just want to say that I had the best experience ever with Doctor Chammae I had implants placed because of the fact that I was so tired of my partials both upper and lower that I wanted options and Doctor Chammae explained it very well so I had the work done and I am very happy with my smile also with my bridge that he placed on my lower teeth gave me that smile that i always wanted (also may I add I was told that I look and feel younger )to finish it off I even had my teeth whitened

Kept calling past few days no answer very unprofessional service, always have an excuse why they can’t answer or call people back, stay away from this place, I guess maybe they are gonna come up with an excuse that there phone lines are down let’s wait and see what comments they put down after I leave this review! Can’t believe anything they say! Internet was down yeah right! How do you comment back if internet is down, so I called at least 15 times left numerous messages! Had my friends and family call them also no one answers, you have kids keep away from this place not a practice you should be going too if they act like this!
