Clean organized and quality.

My family has been coming here for 5 years and we love it here. The kids love the playroom. Due to covid it is closed but we just bring coloring supplies to keep entertained. I usually book my whole family at one time and they are always great at getting us all in and we are usually done within 2 hours which isn't bad. The staff are nice, smiling and helpful. Now that my kids are older, they tell me how they like going here because the dentist is nice. They also like the tv in the room while they are waiting. The staff are great with kids. The dentist answers all my questions, has such a nice demeanor, and is informative.

I have been coming to Family Dental of Palatine for the past almost 5 years, as well as now my daughters (age 4 and 3). I could not possibly say enough good things about this Dentist office. The location is easy to get to and the facility is always perfectly clean and inviting. Everyone working there is a blessing! Everyone! The dentists are superb! Recently, my youngest had an issue with her teeth and decalcification. Dr. Shehada is amazing! He took the time and delicacy to treat my child and protect her teeth. What a wonderful place!
