In my experience, this office is not respectful of patients’ time. Despite receiving multiple calls confirming my appointment, I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no update or acknowledgment. I ultimately had to leave due to other commitments. There was no apology and no communication throughout the wait.

I am leaving this review to warn others about my experience with this facility. I went in for a routine cleaning, but the doctor decided to perform a deep cleaning during the same visit. When the claim was submitted to my insurance, it was denied for medical necessity. Instead of properly appealing the denial, the office billed me directly for the denied amount. I contacted my insurance myself and was told very clearly that the denial was due to insufficient supporting documentation. My insurance specifically requested that the office submit a written appeal with proper clinical documentation to support medical necessity. This was completely within the office’s responsibility. Over several months, I had to call this office 2–3 times every month just to follow up. Nothing was resolved. I even filed a complaint with my insurance because this office was not being compliant with the appeal process. Despite repeatedly explaining what my insurance needed, they continued to send me bills, including another bill in December. Each time I called, I was told the manager was “not around,” and no one ever called me back. To make matters worse, the office falsely claimed that my insurance “was not willing to pay,” which is not true—the insurance was simply waiting for the required documentation that the office failed to submit. I work as an appeals specialist, so I understand this process well. If I didn’t have this knowledge, I likely would have paid something I should not be responsible for. I feel especially bad for other patients who may not know how to navigate insurance appeals and may be treated the same way. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and failure to handle insurance appeals properly. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Tuve una gran experiencia en esta clínica.. Dr. Wajih realmente cuidó mi sonrisa, desde el enderezamiento de los dientes Invisalign hasta todo lo que necesitaba.. oficina limpia, gran servicio, y excelentes resultados. Altamente recomendado!

I got all my cavity filling done here by a guy named Peter guy was amazing then he quit and 2 years later I noticed a dark spot under tooth number 30 under the filling came in to see WAJIh CHAMMAE and he tells me there’s nothing wrong with it and that I need a 500 dollar mouth guard I knew it was bullshit my tooth just doesn’t randomly get dark for no reason I then went to another dentist and he said it’s a cavity under the filling don’t go here this place sucks he’s a scammer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr.. Wajih All-chmaa es una joya absoluta en Chicago! He pasado tanto tiempo buscando una persona honesta., dentista confiable en esta ciudad, alguien que no intenta aumentar las ventas, no exagera los problemas, y realmente se preocupa por hacer bien el trabajo. Finalmente encontré todo eso. (y más!) con el doctor. Wajih Al-Chamaa. Su trabajo es perfecto, su atención al detalle está a otro nivel, Y su honestidad es algo que rara vez se encuentra hoy en día.. Explica todo claramente, trata a los pacientes con verdadero respeto, y puedes sentir que él realmente quiere lo mejor para ti, no para tu billetera.. Salí de su clínica sintiéndome aliviado., agradecido, y sinceramente sorprendido de que todavía exista un dentista como este.. Si estás leyendo esta reseña, deja de buscar y reserva una cita con él lo antes posible. No te arrepentirás se merece siete estrellas, no cinco!
