As a relatively recent patient at Avid Dental, I am extremely satisfied with my experiences and work done thus far. I had my first cleaning with Avid prior to the pandemic lockdown, and subsequently have visited for regular appointments for the past 2 años. I am very impressed with the level of attention to patient and staff safety during this unprecedented time. Staff - Extremely kind, cortés, and knowledgeable. Appointment scheduling and reminders are easy to set up and, despite a hiccup when switching their scheduling systems, I am more than satisfied with their overall process. The only issue I ran into I was able to reschedule easily and they found room for me within the following 2 semanas. Dental - Doctors and assistants here are extremely professional and have a wide array of technology and tools to efficiently perform dental work while reducing discomfort. Their approach seems to be 'whole of mouth' care from teeth down to their roots, cena, cosmetic concerns, et. al. I am not always on top of taking the best care of my teeth, and I can tell some areas require that extra oomf to get back in shape, but despite this I always walk away feeling refreshed. This is impressive to me as my teeth sometimes have sensitivity issues. Most importantly, at all my appointments and when calling for questions, I feel treated more than just another patient, but like I am valued as a person. The office in Mount Prospect by my estimation is top notch and anyone looking for a new dentist, or unsatisfied with their current, should schedule an appointment and give them a try.

I was looking for a dentist for the past month.i finally got hold of this dentist by referral from a friend.he was great, he fixed my tooth with no pain, does not over charge anyone very honest and he helps clients without insurance.
