Idk if I can properly express how grateful I am for the Doctor & staff here at this location. I had an emergency on a Saturday morning during spring break. Literally every other dentist office was saying 5-6 days. I thought I was gonna die from the pain. (I’m not being dramatic if you’ve ever had nerve pain you get it) Not only did they get me in to prep me for X-rays & antibiotics within hours, but I was able to schedule a procedure within 2 days! The procedure was done so quickly & I’ll tell you, it was painless! I’ve been “numbed” before and still felt pain. The doctor was so cautious & considerate in asking me if I was feeling any pain & making sure that at no point did I feel any. I’m so appreciative for their accommodations & bedside manner throughout the entire ordeal. I have already recommended them to family & will continue to.

I was searching for a dentist and after looking at all these reviews, I made an appointment. Unfortunately, I hadn’t had insurance in a while and my teeth were not the best by any means. The front desk staff and assistant were so nice and calmed my nerves about the dentist. The dentist herself however was rude and unprofessional from the start. After looking at my scans she asked me why my tooth that needed a root canal was allowed to go without treatment and I explained that I didn’t have insurance til then her response was to lie me back (to look at the tooth up close) and tell me even with the insurance the procedure won’t be covered. She then asks her assistant “SHES ON PUBLIC AID, RIGHT?” In the most condescending tone. Now as her hands are in my mouth I couldn’t respond til after she stopped looking and informed her I had BCBS through my employer. (Her office does not even take public aid) She walks away to confirm with the front desk and when I tell you HER WHOLE PERSONA CHANGED ONCE SHE CONFIRMED MY INSURANCE. I currently have excellent insurance. She went from being rude and condescending to a doting dentist. I needed an extraction and a root canal. Despite her being rude I did ask if the extraction was something she could do she continued to say no until she attempted to convince me to get an implant and appeared to want to do the extraction if I did want it. After my exam I was supposed to be given a referral for the extraction and when I asked about it she informed me that her colleague is going to talk to me about implants and give me a price for my extraction and to make an appointment with him. She seemed to make all the decisions for me during my visit. I wasn’t asked much about my preferences at all. All they see is money signs at this clinic. Don’t go here unless you have teeth like a celebrity. I’ve never felt more disrespected by a healthcare individual. I say individual because she is by no means a professional.

They are a very good team and they receive the visitor with a very beautiful smile, but relative to the reception employee, she is wonderful and has a beautiful smile. As for Dr. , Obeid he is an angel, and he is a wonderful and beautiful Doctor and thank you so much for all staff
