I feel horrible to get one start to this place because the dentists are so nice unfortunately the lady that called for the confirmation appointment it’s so horrible Emma or Emilyn (Sorry I don’t know which one is the right one but it’s something like that) I was trying to explain that I have a fever of 102.8 and I did not know I was going to have that so I called even though I feel horrible and she keeps yelling at me that they have a policy I told her please stop fighting I am a customer and she keeps fighting she said that this conversation was been record I hope it is!! Next time that somebody tell her that they’re sick I hope she shows a little more empathy specially on the situation that we are right now
